EMDR- ADVANCED
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. It has been around since the 1980’s.
EMDR works by activating both hemispheres of the brain at the same time through bilateral stimulation. Typically, people are right or left side dominant but with EMDR, both hemispheres are working at the same capacity and speed. This allows for rapid processing in the brain. This connection allows trauma to be identified in the brain by highlighting the affected trauma network. It then rapidly clears out the trauma, moving it from being stuck in emotional mind to processing into logical mind.
Advanced EMDR encompasses the traditional amazing results of EMDR and adds Somatic Healing, Energy Release and Soul Reconnection.
As with regular EMDR this requires a series of 2 hr (120 minute appointments )
Minumun 4 appointment commitment required.
4 to 6 appointments are required consistently depending on serverity of trauma/ ptsd
REIKI & LIFECOACHING
Start with a General 1on1 In studio or online- (60 minute session) Each powerful session will be customized for you and include Guidance Cards, Psychic Life Coaching and energy healing and homework.

Quantum Soul Therapy. This is an advance Hypnotherapy Modality I created in this world.
